I've had the privilege of playing all kinds of stages with incredible musicians all over the world. Whether I'm playing guitar or keys in support of another artist, leading a band in some jazz standards, singing classic 70's love songs with my wife for a wedding, or playing my own songs for an intimate living room — there's nothing I love more the deep connection that comes in sharing music together.
A cozy studio tucked into the hills of Mount Washington (near Highland Park, LA) — warm lighting, bookshelves lined with books, poetry and classic spiritual texts, and everything we need to write and record great songs. There's always tea or coffee brewing and meaningful conversations to be had which will lead us to the right song.
Whether we're writing songs, producing a track, or tracking strings, the space is designed to feel more like a living room than a control room. Come hang and work with me in my little pseudo-monastic Nest.
